Looking good

In case anyone missed it, there was a time, not too long ago that when markets sold off or came under pressure the Reit sector would lead the way. All but two of mine ( which are down only pennies) are rallying today. I'm feelin rather good about that in particular given the fact that we have already had a nice little move. Not sure who it was but someone suggested we were going to get our as ses handed to us and put in new lows.

Going for a boat ride, don't mess everything up before I get back!

Don't forget to turn Google off when you go on the boat ride. You don't want to be distracted.

Love the title. Prefs up (my pops is happy). Commons up/flat as usual... yet I bet if I signed out, I would see screams from a wizard saying the sky is falling and an economist supreme calling for a depression any day now.   Dz, I'm glad you responded to my post with your usual useless banter. I guess you forget the little bit of info that the majority of the gains are coming from a handful of companies? It is the biggest concentration risk since the GFC and if only a few of these companies underperform then it brings down the whole index.
