Kamala Harris

Wants to put food price controls in place if she were to win. It amazes me that governments never hold themselves accountable for the situations were all in. The solution is very simple and this goes for Canada and the rest of the world. Stop interfering with the private sector and increasing the size of the government because it is well documented that the private sector is more much more efficient at capital allocation.

All governments are not willing to take any of the blame that they caused inflation. Instead, they lay the blame on supply chain disruptions from covid. Admittedly, the supply chains exacerbated the problem but we clearly know now that it was the amount of money creation and the spending spree by these governments that caused inflation. They never are willing to hold themselves accountable.

Anyway, Kamala Harris wants to put the blame on these greedy food corporations as the central cause for higher grocery prices. This is not a solution as it leads to more beaurocracy which leads to food shortages and angry consumers. Instead, why doesn't Kamala Harris simply reduce the size of the government and allow the private sector to breathe so the economy can grow through efficiency and increased productivity.

How about that for a solution?

Oh and btw the governments caused these supply chain disruptions in the first place.  The government created inflation by closing down businesses and printing a ridiculous amount of money.

They dont actually care about inflation and contrary to people who believe central banks are "fighting" the government to control inflation, they are both doing this on purpose- to USHER IN THE GREAT RESET.

which government?  You must be referring to DJT, or are you referring to Prince Justin, in Canada. Bidenomics has actually been fairly successful.

Inflation inherited from the Trump regime?  Tariffs, spending, tax cuts for billionaires....  are these not the policies that caused this mess? https://www.bloomberg.com/news/newsletters/2024-07-20/bloomberg-weekend-reading-economists-warn-trump-policies-would-stoke-inflation
