The NCIB only cancels 7m a year times 2 is 14m. Then invests in Dream Office. If u he ran a 8.50 sib for 25m shares then yes it will boost nav

Hey Este, thanks. We don't hear from you enough but I can't say that I blame you. Overall about as "rosy" as he could get, aside from the befuddledness (is that a word) of the Dream office "fatal attraction" which I share. In fact it is/was the main reason I hadn't added more some time ago. Like I have alluded to Frankie now several times, I hope I am wrong on this

Thanks. I am increasingly positive d/t Toronto office but agree it's going to take more time then we thought albeit things are getting better and not worse now, albeit very slowly. Also think Dream Office has some interesting condo options. Dream Unlimited call provided color on how financing can be done as the company was selected in a new CMCH program which gives them sub 3% on new builds
