Coupled with huge office NOI %. A cr@ppy ownership of a big office reit with a low dividend .Big capital losses for the LONGS.
Manji bumps AFFO to cover the dividend and the rate cuts propel REITS and NAV up 20% from current levels. I like to think its as simple as this and frankie thinks, but given what weve seen with 2.5 years of CPI and office headwinds its looking rather bleak
