Artis Real Estate Investment Pref Shs Series E > Canada’s unemployment rate
View:
Post by Torontojay on Aug 20, 2024 8:06pm

Canada’s unemployment rate

Is set to skyrocket and is going to get worse over the next 12-18 months according to my research. Inventory is going to be delivered and the economy is going to be at a standstill in 2025. In addition, Canada will not have the immigration tailwind as they enjoyed over the last few years.

I can assure you one thing. Tiff Macklem dropping interest rates is not going to turn the housing market around anytime soon.

Nice try, as usual you changed the subject again, we were speaking of the U.S. I for one differentate substantially between the two, at least right now. Nice bait and switch though econoboy.
