Not over yet. Plenty of Canadians still have to renew their mortgage in 2025 and 2026. The Central Bank doesnt control 5 year fixed mortgages but it only controls the overnight lending rates between banks.

Now he is talking about Canadian housing on the Artis board? So completely off the mark it hurts... why you entertain this clown is beyond me DZ. He offers little to no value-add with respect to the Artis conversation.
