JOB #1 ... FIRE POWELL!

Trump is going to win.

Yes... and it's simply because the current state of America is pathetic.  5.5% rates. A little too late Mr Powell

They are behind the curve. Oh and btw, they are going to revise gdp numbers lower at some point  as they always do. That's what happens when you manipulate the jobs numbers and revise them later on.  Trump will expose this government when he wins.

.......um Powel was appointed by your boy Trumpy so fire him. Trump will self destruct as he is already doing. Has no one to beat but will find a way to lose. I am really beginning to think he will lose. His entire schtick is to hurl insults. The only policy he knows is to implement tarrifs and whatever else would benefit him and his companies. He is fighting now to stay out of jail. How anybody ...more

Yep the parallels with several prominent nazis is striking.....  Goebbels said something remarkably similar https://scholar.harvard.edu/skelman/blog/goebbels-says-repeat-lie-often-enough-and-people-will-believe-it Hitler was bankrolled and elected by several prominent German Industrialists.  Several were actually Jewish.   The elites felt at the time that they could use ...more

have you any idea how bad a second Trump term could be for Canada?  I wonder where those threatened mass deportations will go?  You think Tariffs imposed by our largest trading partner will help the Canadian economy? Have you really thought this through TJ

I have thought it through. Red or blue, they will print. The sound of brr will echo in the hearts and souls of everyone who work and earn in the printed currency. Bitcoin will continue its assent to infinity, when priced in a currency with infinite supply. Same thesis for H&R and the $billion+ of 10+ year leap options to buyback properties.

what a dismal view.....  I have no interest in crypto.  Barrick and gold have done ok for me.  Doomsday scenarios never seem to pan out.  (Forgive the pun) My HR exposure is bigger than Artis. Granite is my top REIT by market value.  Nice to hold one REIT that hasn't soiled their sheets.

Hehe it's just MY view. We all have one and that's what makes a market. Be well and have a wonderful day Mr. Rad.

Hey Frankie, hope you are well. It's funny (well actually its really not) that the U.S. preaches austerity to the Greece's of the world all the while their very own finances are eerily simular and in some case even worse. If it weren't for the fact that they are the reserve currency of the world, it would be a very different game. We have gone on for years about the debt and deficit ...more

We have to protect our border from illegals coming in to the country. I stand by that because it's a national security concern. Secondly, Trump and Biden are both guilty of excessive spending and increasing the US deficit. Tariffs helps to alleviate the deficit but more importantly is that whoever wins should reduce unnecessary government spending. If they cannot reduce spending then they have ...more

and you don't think there will be an influx of asylum seekers into Canada - in the event of a Trump victory?   Threats of deportation from the US federal government may well lead to an exodus North. Tariffs on Canadian exports to the States?  A hostile relationship between our trust fund lightweight and DJT? I don't understand your enthusiasm for a misogynistic ...more

I understand all of this but each country needs to take care of their own borders for security purposes. Donald is going to look after the American people and it's up to Canada to do the same.  Im disgusted by all of this immigration into Canada when the job market is doing poor. It's creating a much bigger issue regarding housing and allowing slumlords to pack a bunch of students ...more
