DREAM OFFICE PRIVITIZATION

Im thinking if it was going to  happen the asset sales would need to be unconditional, DIR would need to rebound to a strong  price to sell some, and a big capital market transactions  with artis/DRM putting up a bit more along with dir+ asset sales to help fund it a bit.  but what do i know
