Said manji should have done a nice SIB in low 6s and offer 7 bucks.  Mop up 15m shares.  Manji snoozed. Looks like his accretive acquisition may get more expensive too

I already told you, there will be no SIB and there probably likely had never planned one. Manji made his path clear quite some time ago of what the future held for the reit. It would have almost been counter productive in his mind (as much as I have come to understand Manji) to do a "short term" gain SIB. That is the way I see it, I was wrong once though (long time ago) so you never know

that's it. when sentiment tilts it goes hogwild.  oh well. let's see where manji sees the best capital allocation potential. still some cash strapped operators out there. think he can do something with cominar in montreal.
