SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME

How the CAD 10 year at 3% and US at 3.7%, some CAD reits have a  9-10% AFFO cash flow still like HR, BTB, and PRV.  Shouldnt those be 6-7%?

You are assuming earnings and cash flows will not contract in a slowing economy.
