AX.un is going to $9-$9.50

Simply look the 3-year chart.

And on a fundamental perspective, a 7.5% dividend yield is becoming more and more attractive as more money is leaving short term bonds to get better returns.

Any weakness is a buying opportunity to buy more, imo.

It rose 20%+ in a single month. Profit taking is only normal.

I'll be buying more...

I think youre right. Q3 release will confirm new debt metrics and the NCIB continues to bring down unit count and improve AFFO
