Q3 the biggest yet for Artis

What we do know-

• FCR was probably  all liquidated since it SURGED past few months.
• 3-4 quarters of strategic review asset sales should have mostly closed and cash on books....what  was it like 800m gross?
• NCIB almost complete by Nov at ~80%
• Strategic review costs in Q2 was somthing like 400-500k.  What will it be in Q3?
• I hear MAIN should have increased NOI

This is going to be a big quarter.  If after all the things outlined above we're  still getting mediocre AFFO and balance sheet improvement (due to NAV writedowns), it will  not be good.

This is a make or break moment for  artis reit.

NOV 7.  TWO DAYS AFTER THE ELECTION. THAT  WEEK IS GOING TO BE LIT.

Oh look, it's gary the life-waster. Q3 may or may not be the biggest quarter for Artis but it will be a quarter of life wasted for you. Look forward to seeing you waste more days on the AX bullboard, making 20+ posts per day, only for the stock to move a few pennies. Wasting your life one day at a time, gary.

Spot on!! There is value in Artis, but wasting one's life on a bulletin board posting 20 times a day is a poor substitute for therapy.
