Respect. Although, I anticipate a future post coming that includes something along the lines of : "I only did that in my paper/ practice trading account". If you actually pulled the trigger on a big move and made an analytically backed, risk-adjusted swap between assets - respect Gary.  I hope this means you will finally leave this board in peace. lol the fact that loser even responds shows he has zero self awareness and shame. He thinks I'm bragging lol. I'm not here to discuss anything other than Artis. My intentions and motives here are genuine and honest... I can't say the same for him. He is on perm mute - muzzled.

Let's double my money $$$$" Largest total purchases today by broker was 200k.  If +/- 150 of those were yours, that = $120k.  Based on your posts, going off of memory, I had the impression you had more than that invested in Artis, let alone Artis/HR, though perhaps you meant your REIT portfolio, or portfolio at large.   ...more

Ballsy move.  I have some of slates busted converts, but I wouldn't bet the farm.  Armoyan will do fine, smaller unit holders?  We shall see
