I've suddenly loss the will to check and post the numbers. REIT earnings season came and went especially the highly anticipated artis one and unit prices are cratering across the board
 
Legitimately what's the point

Don't think anyone even tuned into the CC

The reit trade is looking bad

On a per unit basis, it's doing fine (obviously). On a gross basis it's falling given that $1.1 billion of properties have been monetized to restructure the balance sheet (obviously).

REITs publish a metric: SPNOI. I'm embarrassed for you TJ that I even have to mention it.
