I THINK WE'RE ALL EPICALLY DISAPPOINTED.

In everything,bonds,reits, artis.  the world.   I mean, if  the SECTOR CAD REIT ETF XRE is the same price as it was in Jan and Feb of 2024 what has been won this year?  A dividend lower than a savings/GICS and this is when the big central banks all pivoted and declared some sort of inflation victory.

We're ready for the next move higher but after Friday its looking bleaker than ever

Fast forward from early to mid-March and I'm absolutely delighted. The recovery has been exceptionally good.  Not linear but but never is and the months following late June expecially were friuitful.
