OH MY GOD

I can envision myself waking up tomorrow and having a SEA OF RED on my ticker screen just the millionth day in a row, maybe some reits that held up nicely like PRV, BTB, ARTIS start cracking harder....one by one the dominos fall

income has become toxic just out of thin air

crude is $68...where exacly is all this inflation that is being baked in

rates are still high > 4%
