Yes Ive seen countless analysts and commentary at least 5 implying why REITS should outperform in 2025 with double digit returns, yet its oconcerning when thats the "main narrative" yet these things are tanking everyday.   Almost like REITS going down is a contrarian trade that is now paying big dividends, cause everyone expects them to go up
