Unfortunately Artis owned just a 10% sliver of Park Lucero East.   They were acting as general manager, so I don't know if they got some kind of bonus for getting it sold.  If anyone has more info on what Artis has invested in this property, and what they are likely to get out of it, I'd be glad to know.
