I give up man.

You can blame a host of factors from tariffs to canadian dollar to recession to flows to US,to bond yields

the fact remains these reits are just dawg with fleas, waiting for *meaningfully lower rates of 50bp-100bp dive in yields, then we might get going

ill have my finger on the trigger to sell any reit that rallies close to sept levels, 50% liqudiation minimum.

this sector has just been the epitome of robbery

prices lower than 10-15 years ago with cumulative 40% inflation in this time

Any chance that you can give up posting on this forum Gary? Or maybe once a day after market close? Thanks for your consideration.
