AM I OVERREACTING?

On one hand, you have some REIT charts that corrected 10% or so, 50% retracement to June levels,  possibly ready to make another big move up and make  higher highs.

On the other hand,  you have XRE, DIR,  HR,D.UN, NWH.UN at June lows or lower that look to be in free-fall with an additional leg down every other week

The question then becomes are the reits that held up with a reasonable buffer over spring/june levels about to totally CAVE / BEND OVER as WELL

OR is the technical turnaround going to start any week now

All my reits bith canada and US have pretty much done the same thing.  Today one of my reits gnl did exactly what the canadian one did, open high and sink all day.  I think the volatility and rates are holding any big money from committing to the sector.  Just sad that the companies and performance matters not and all real estate in all countries is treated as a monolith.

AM I OVERREACTING? I wouldn't say so Gary. I am surprised that nobody else on this forum is posting 40 times per day......

A question for your therapist, Gary?
