In theory
Right now is the most favorable time to get into REITs cause not only has the cutting cycle started, providing rate relief and reasons to do so by the central banks, that the next one's are going to neutral in US and below in Canada. You can argue 5.5 to 4.5 isn't easing but 4.5 to 3.5 is pretty good rate. And we're right in the sweet spot. But of course the mm tanking these no one will bother touching
