I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS ANYMORE

No one wants any reits even the good ones with a 10 foot pole.  DIR and REI got outperform by NB with much higher price targets and theyre in freefall.  How is this fair? Shorts going to short when US fudges jobs data

Where is the inflation in real estate prices?
