All the people that I've been buying reits cheap the last few years ....   ( for the most part have been  rewarded ).  

yeah, the others keep calling for a market crash ..... even if that' happens they still weren't the ones buying low and selling high....     Muppets 

The point of this board discussions, the last year or two have been how cheap reits where and to buy them..

 The rest of these discussions don't really matter...   ( point was to be contrarian, and by when the sector is most hated ). !!!! 


good for all of those that made great profits ....    locked in great yields ..
after all wasn't that the point..??

Not when many names are still down 50%, NWH, Office come to mind, with dividend cuts.  HR/Artis are still below their average SP past decade.   If you started deploying $ in the last 18 months only you fared better.  LONGS ARE STILL HOSED AFTER averaging down

Agree. REITs have been a wonderful investment the last  18 months and as Gary pointed out, there are still some great values out there like NWH.
