Artis outperforming XRE on the daily basis....going to be some stiffer resistance every 1-2% gain to $9,  THE NCIB NEEDS TO GO ALL IN

Gary, the purpose of the NCIB is to purchase units as cheaply as possble, not to drive the price up so you can sneak out of your position with your tail between your legs.  The current unit price of ~$8 is certainly attractive, as is $9, but why waste unitholder equity buying at $9 when with a bit of discipline buybacks can be done at $8?  Any time the unit price rises sharply, Samir ...more
