The dive in every REIT provides a better entry point this morning. I dont blame you for not seeing it coming. Those bond yields are ripping unstop, and quite frankly, its BS

Its not that I didn't see anything coming. I have been awaiting a seasonally weak pull back that to date did not arrive. I have too much powder given that we did not get the pull back I was awaiting. This is strictly in lieu of cash replacement and as such daily fluctuations are of little consequence. Yo DZ, if u have access to JPN markets check out Metaplanet... they did a 100% equity dilution at just over 5x NAV multiple, meaning they 3x'd their NAV in a single move. Honestly never seen anything like it in my career. Currently trading just above 3x NAV. Also, the company just sold some cash secured puts for a 50%+ annualized yield. I know readers here gravitate to yield the way TJ does ...more

Hey Frankie, thanks for the thoughts, nice to hear from you. I admittedly know very little about bitcoin. Having said that, when it had dropped to about 17000 I had contemplated initiating a position.
