DREAM OFFICE

Lol find it funny ESTAVANOUTSIDER AND FRANKIE BOY AND JANE GAVIN EXITED THEIR POSITION AT $22.

Samir didn't buy dream office with Sandpiper to 20% to watch it flop $18 to 22 for years with a tiny dividend. 

I expect when the time is right they'll hostile bid it at $26 minimum

Samir will bid on Dream Office as much as regulations and volume allow. Artis is a VERY healthy REIT now, and further fundamentally improves with every rate cut - both CDN and US. As I said, I rather own the parent. Dip is a blessing. Call me a cheerleader all you want. I think rates and valuation are very important here.

Artis/Sandpiper aint  going over the 20% limit. He said last CC he is examining all options what to do with Dream Office investment. Strategic review costs were 500k last quarter with an acquisition alluded to.  Its hard to imagine dream office isnt  the target, but i wouldnt bet the farm on it.  Im just saying with Manji/sandpiper holding 20% and cooper 25% or whatever Id ...more

If Artis pulls off that deal... let's say they fund it with proceeds from selling FCR... then sure I will have wished I held Dream Office... but I think that would be amazing for Artis - the acquisition would be incredibly accretive to Artis and DRM. As I said, I rather own the parent. I love the setup for Artis ever since $5.50. Still lots of room to run imho based on valuation dislocation ...more
