WHAT'S THE WORSE THING THAT CAN HAPPEN

At earnings tonight? >100% payout ratio.  Dividend cut? Stalled asset sales? Bad acquisition.  Big drop in NOI? THANKFULLY MANJI bought some in high 7s so I'm not assuming any bad news
