the nugget podcast said lots of M & A in the states in summer/sept buying out at "premiums" to NAV, and expects that in that CAD reit space given the huge discounts to NAV
that begs the question, why isnt there any for these 20 listed tsx reits.....nothing is close to NAV and trading at historically cheap multiples with 8-10% implied cap rates...
