Wow, this is the SH board that never sleeps

I just can't get over the activity on here! But there are lots of useful scraps and I will take them because all data points are valuable.

Anyway, I'm (very slowly) building a positioin because I always like to have at least a little REIT exposure.

I know I'm a little late to the Artis party in terms of an attractive entry point, hence my go-slow approach.
