Let's hope the November 30th date does not need to be extended. Even though Axia supposedly "led" the OpenNet Consortium, in reality Axia appeared to be nothing more than a figurehead in the OpenNet venture. Just fork over the S$38m and we will be on our way. (I have noticed that in addition to the Euro strengthening against the loonie, the Singapore dollar has modestly ...more
