Major Tom, any chance we could bring suit against Lind from the USA side of trading platform?  Wife and I own north of 350,000 shares of BABYF and can't get upright until $0.51 again.  I didn't follow my own advice, never average down.  Tried to get out at 21 cents and 12 cents, 6 cents, 3 cents and it never fills.

I value your input.  Wish I'd been here on SH before now.

I don't know what the process would be. My contact at CIRO told me that they have no jurisdiction against Lind as they are based in the US. Thanks Majortom for your input and knowledge on this..  Looks like we (large group) of  shareholders out there that are affected by this.   Hoping that Else has some plan or working on one to help get out of this mess.  GLTA who believes/believed in a great product.

MajorTom   Very Very informative.   Your a great sleuth.... Maybe we need to contact the SEC in USA and also Else needs to contact legal counsel.. There is a tie in ===  House 13 shows an address in Toronto.  Which should make this of course a Canadian issue.   I for one appreciate your informative post in helping me understand how it all went wrong from
