Climbing back up?

It's been suggested on another mb that Lind is done selling and is starting to buy back.  They took 8 months to take us from $0.32 to $0.02. At the current rate of ascent we won't get back to $0.15 for a year!.  I really and hopeful they report $3.5M+ in Q sales with another lowering of costs.  Could I best bold as to pray for next Q sales guidance of $4M.

Where are we in China efforts?  Surely China has had enough time to copy our products and pay us nothing.

Here's hoping the best for folks in Florida!

Lind is not done selling. They were just letting the price creep up a bit to get a higher price when they do start selling again, which they did this morning.

MT75, what I don't understand about Lind is why they felt that they needed to drive the price do far down?  Couldn't they accomplish their same goal with the share price at $0.12 to 15 cents?  Or do they truly want to see BABYF go into bankruptcy,?  what am I missing about these toxic financings companies?

Ltcguy I ask the same question? What their strategy? If only I had a few million to start buying  on the open market..... Just to scare the hell outta them  ;)- Happy Thanksgiving weekend to all. PB

Paperboi, thanks in advance, Thanksgiving isn't until November 28th.  Perhaps we'll have something more to be thankful for since BABYF reports next Q around 11-15-24.

Haha  In Canada is Thanksgiving  which means long weekend  and Monday is off.  That in itself is something  to be thankful for. A short work week . Cheers PB

Does Canada have "Thanksgiving " more than once a year?  Will food be made available?  We usually prepare food for 30 knowing only 12 people are coming.

Guess we have Columbus Day today which for many would be Thanksgiving Day.  Banks, Post Office, many insurance offices are closed with pay today.  Us regular folks it was just another Monday of work.

I wondered this as well as I cursed Lind. Then I thought and thought and ultimately came to the conclusion that Lind has a duty to their investors and likely has some internal policy that they do not want to accumulate a controlling stake in any business. After the first tranche of Lind financing, BABY actually doubled in stock price. If it weren't for bad luck and mis-steps by management ...more

So what's BABYF's current payoff amount to get rid of Lind?
Comment by majortom75 on Oct 15, 2024 3:30pm
As of the end of the last quarter it was about 5.1M USD + interest, less the 810K USD payments, + 5% early payoff fee. So something in the order of 4.5M USD (or about 150,000,000 shares)

So, 150,000,000  X  $0.03 usd = $4,500,000. Your math makes sense. GLTUA  retail.

As always your posts provide good insight.  It just seems to me that Lind and other lenders like them seem to practice predatory lending to companies with inexperienced or ignorant mgmt teams that only sees their company through rose colored glasses.  Lind certainly has a track record of driving a company's stock they lend to down to the point of no return. With that in mind, since ...more
