More on Balmoral:

More on Balmoral:
  1. The core value foundation is built (Grasset and Martiniere Initial Resources coupled with very strong nickel and gold prices)

  2. The hindrances to investment are removed (financing overhang removed*, endorsement by prominent strategic investor secured**, low market cap vs our assets / our peers’ market cap)

  3. The street has woken up and is talking about Bar again (including Allan, Taylor, Kaiser, Coyle, James, Lemieux, Sprott, Cook, Bell, Handwerger)**

  4. Exploration/growth on multiple fronts with two discoveries in the box (Area 52 (14 g/t gold over 3.3m) and Grasset Central (2 massive sulphide nickel intercepts at 4.1% and 3.6%))

Immediate catalysts:
  • Closed the financing (November 8) which brings BAR to $6,000,000 in working capital*
  • Announce a significant new strategic investment by Eric Sprott (November 8)
  • Takeover offer for Detour Gold (November 24)
  • Release of the nine Area 52 follow-up holes

Then, the winter program will start, which will include:
  • Area 52 (gold) Phase 3 expansion and exploration drilling
  • Grasset Deposit (nickel) resource expansion drilling
  • Grasset Central (nickel and gold) drill targeting geophysics
  • RUM Bluenose (nickel-PGEs) drill targeting geophysics

  • John Kaiser also notes in his Sept 16th TRACKER: ‘Area 51 corridor extension reactions hides Balmoral's SLDZ discovery’

“What the market seemed to overlook was that for a blind target in an untouched overburden covered area, 3.29 m of 14.03 g/t gold was a pretty good outcome. Balmoral has started a follow up drill program of 6 shallow holes on drill pads 25 m to the east and west of hole #19-03 which will seek to establish the strike, dip and possibly plunge of the gold mineralized shear zone within a 75 m segment of an east-west trend on which the resistivity high repeats on 300 m spaced IP survey lines. Results are expected in early November. If results are similar this will qualify as a new discovery zone and a key focus for Balmoral.”

“Balmoral Resources continues to have a Bottom-Fish Spec Value rating and should be of interest to speculators who want both discovery exploration potential and optionality exposure to higher gold and nickel prices.”
