I'm not an accountant, but it seems to me that if this patent sale is not forthcoming, then Q1,Q2 & Q3 of fiscal 2022 can all be re-written with the licensing fees included, and then, indeed, the silly "y on y" % declines erased...(more or less).

I was telling yasch and many others this for sometime. If someone is fking with us for patents they basically killed 3 birds with one stone. They killed our year over year rev growth, killed 5G phone for 2021, and they destroyed our patent time value by 1 year. All they have to do is continue fooling blackberry and showing the carrot for another quarter, and when blackberry walks away from the

And yes correct, if we had continued monitizing patents for 2021, we would have year over year rev growth!!!! Q over Q growth too!  imagine what the sp would be now if we continued patent monktization!!!! We would be over $30 with WSB help. Moron mgmt doesn't think about this stuff and how to return shareholde value
