Relax. It's over a year period and not over night. This is probably him signaling growth is coming and I'm going to start cashing in as stock takes off. it seems genuine. Plus the filing specifically states that it's not based on material info. So normal at age 70. He wants to buy a bigger house maybe.

This is no big deal and the premarket shows BB is up. He is at retirement age. It would be interesting to know what the minimum price threshold is.
