chen said that they would pay off the debenture. Watsa will have earned interest on them but at least shares won't be diluted further....interest expense should go down upon repayment, and earnings should improve

Chen said the same thing last time around.  Not sure he is deemed trustworthy.  Stock is being pummelled into earnings.  Bad news coming again.
