Where is the New CEO?

Many investors are asking, why hasn't the new CEO said something?  Put yourselves in his shoes.  What is he to say?  We have no cash, no revenues and have never really had a product anymore wanted to buy.  We are trying but staff leave faster than we can hire.  Hopefully something will stick one day but for now we pray.
