Maybe I'm blind, but for the life of me I can't find a single piece of information to explain today's activity..
Ya, ya,...I know the same old Joey comments and I appreciate that everyone would feel better with some very specific growth or merger or similar information.
But c'mon, this makes no sense (to me)

statement of fact...someone is SELLING out and is willing to take a near 10% cut to do this...question is WHY??? right now it does not bold well for upcoming earnings...dwdc

JG gave a heads up that we are finished as a company. No buyers no revenue and no future. Will sell for pennies next year after delisted.

BlackBerry is a ponzi scheme meant to fleece shareholders. No revenue exists and they never attempted to grow any. Cylance was a cash cow and JC mand JG shut it down. Pure criminals run BB.

Thanks germanfreak. I wasn't aware of this notice. Yes, it could be spooking some investors, though I don't think it is a severe enough issue to cause this degree of share price plunge. Guess we'll see what boils to the surface in the next number of days coming to AGM.
