John Chen lied to shareholders and he was paid an egregious salary for failure. John Chen buried Cylance soon after buying it. That move alone cost shareholders 80 billion.

thats absolutely NOT TRUE!!!- BB was designated a 'meme' stock and traded as such on 2 separate run-ups . I actually made a number of trades a few years ago, even managing to sell above $30 at one point...this most recent run-up was a bit of a duster but i did get out of a MONEY LOSING TFSA position and actually made a few $$ on this 2 day MEME call out to buy LARGELY FUELLED BY THIS "
