Reason for this Consolidation IMHO
This has to be said. I can't keep this quiet anymore. I'm saying this in this post, for the LONG SUFFERING Investors of Bombardier
When the "PARASITES" of the Markets both US Market Parasites,TSE Parasites, and these swing & "Day Trading Clubs" have decended on the Bomber stock daily recently (Starting from Dec 2022 before Q4). They didn't realize the impact of their actions. They've destroyed the Bomber stock from 2018 to 2020 by constantly "NAKED SHORTING" the shite out of the Bomber stock with their "Black Boxes", & their "Algorythms", trading 100 shares at a time.. YES, maybe the "Powers That Be, or the Manipulators, or the Parasites, of the Markets loopholes, by "Naked Shorting" had SOME justiable cause (in their minds), to bring the SP lower to $0.25 cents between those 2018 & 2020 years. But here's my Question.
"Where are the Parasites JUSTIFIED reasons for bringing the share price from $2.27 down to $1.15 with all kinds of daily tricks like "dead cat bounces", "spoofing", "naked shorting". and even paying Media to spread bad Propaganda News about Bombardier from 2021 on."
In MHO. This should not have happened after 2021's Q4 Financial results. Why? Because this company's management did a very good JOB at everything. They reduced LTD by the end of 2021. They got rid of the Bankruptcy threat. They started growing their Backlog by increasing it to $12.5B. They reduced payroll. They reduced Capex to under $100M yearly. They started on a clear path of Churning out profits, and were about to show the Market their +FCF by Q4/2021. They even showed the market the FUTURE years of +FCF's. But Before Bombardier management even got a chance to get their Q4/2021 statements out, these "PARASITES" whoever they are? Started to destroy the "Bomber Stock" with their old games, as mentioned above.
Especially after the "OBVIOUS FINANCIAL DEPICTION" of such great accomplishments, and the great finish of 2021 by this great Management. This company's Management has shown that, it is now serious about turning this company around. One of the biggest hurdles in completing this "TURNAROUND" is that these PARASITES have stuck themselves on the backs of the Bomber Investors that have had their Pensions, TFSA's, and Cash Accounts held hostage by these PARASITES for YEARS, if not Dacades. Sucking the Blood out of these HELPLESS Investors. This Management can't do anything else, other than what they've done this past year, or other than what they are doing so far Q1/2022 and beyond, to increase the SP and continuing to produce Financial results. They are not Stock Market Traders. They are not Manipulators, they are Not Parasites. They are not Govt's to stop these PARASITES from the "NAKED SHORTING". The Family may have been dreamers, Liars, and Naive business people in the past?? But at least they tried and are trying to increase Share Value for themselves, and their shareholders.
WHAT VALUE HAVE THESE PARASITES OF THE MARKET, BROUGHT TO THE BOMBER SHARES??? If some of smart guys that I have on IGNORE here, have an answer to this question, or can answer this question for me, then, and ONLY then, I will take you off IGNORE. Otherwise you'll rot there, and I won't even respond to you. Because you are part of the problem. I will just turn on my computer, and put in my password and just have a clear board, free of Parasites and Parasite supporters.
For the Family to resort to this type of action of 30 to 1 Negative share split. Must mean that they are out of ideas, on how to bring the SP up to give us shareholders VALUE. They can't stop this kind of Assault on the SP. This type of Assault is now un-warranted towards the current Bombardier. Believe it or NOT?? The Families assets are getting devalued as well with this consolidation. So just a message to the PARASITES. I hope you're fat enough now just STEALING from the Retail Investor for all these years, that you get a terminal disease, and fall off of our backs soon. So bring the price up soon, so that you can get some value for all that accumulation, and or whatever game you've been playing, Because either way the Party is over for all of us. If not over? Then, it won't be fun going forward with this SP.
So finally, I want say that. If these PARASITES living on the backs of hard working People Investment Savings are reading this??
If you have left this SHARE PRICE alone until it reached $5.00 a SHARE, given what Managements work in 2021 deserves. Then we may have only had, a 2 for 1 reverse split or 3 for 1 reverse split, or NO SPLIT at all. So none of us would get devalued. Because when you "PARASITES" really think about a 30 to 1 REVERSE split??? The signal is there. The Family has to take a ANTIBIOTIC or a POISON PILL, so that would kill EVERYONES Investment unintentionally, just to kill the PARASITE of their SP. I'm sure the Family gave this a lot of thought, and that's probably the only way of getting around this problem. You PARASITES were the real problem. I think they tried the share buy back too. But these PARASITES just increased the Price up to $2.27 and then they manipulated it back to $1.15 to get another $68M from the company.
OF COURSE all of this could have been avoided. We could now be $3/SHARE, and next year at $5/SHARE, and get a small devaluation, or no devaluation at all. So we would just keep going in the positive direction/track, that management has just put the NEW & IMPROVED BOMBARDIER. But you gready #$%$$'s caused this.
Sorry for the long post. But this, had to be said by someone. I'm known for long posts, and I'll just take the blame for saying it, it's just something that had to be posted.
