yes, when it come to reverse split,

history shows that the majority back fired, and stock price continue to decline

on the other hand, BBD MANAGEMENT have done a great job up to now

and if they selected to go through with it,

they must have very good reason and bleive that it willwork well for BBD

bbd management will not sabotage all the great results they got up to now

one that come to mind is to fight short selling and manipulation of stocl price

presently we saw how market makers use 100 sh lot to excute transactions

so let us say with 2000 tranaction of 100 share (200,000 x1.50$) you need to use 300,000$

and with 2000 tranaction of 100 share (200,000 x15$) you need to use 3,000,000$

so raising the stock price to 15 $ may reduce the short ability , will not eliminate it but reduse it 

it might be a smart move

now will wait to see
wether they will go to 10 for one, 15 for one, 20 for one

i think the higher the better

i think 15 or more will give us better and faster positive results

I believe the board should not abandon us loyal investors and they should find a way to boost this stock and show us they care !  and only with this sort of incentive (buyback, dividends) will I vote for this ..

if you take average shorted volume of 3.000,000 x1.50$ you will need 3,500,000 $ to short 3,000,000 milion shares at $15.00 you will need 45,000,000 dollars yes, there are shorters with deep pockets and there are naked shorters,, but increasing share price will eliminate many of them and will get some of them to quit shorting bbd as they get burned

No you can short 300k shares for that 15 share price which has the same impact. Any damage if any will happen before the split if there is on as folks who aren't for it will sell. i'm sure they already have the voting shares for it to go through as retail vote means nothing. Basically their release does lack transperancy so not like they will ge gaining any trust anytime soon. If investors

I agree with your statement. If there is few buyers at 1.50, at 15.00 they will be none in my opinion. A stock with sooo much dept, no devidences, shortage coming up plus inflation and higher interest rates is an easy target for short attacks. I'm in the Green with my position but won't wait to long to cash in if I see danger. A reverse will probably put this stock on it's knees but

I second it. Great point. I was thinking the same thing when I first read your Post. How can people trust this company now, to invest in it for growth, at those high SP ranges? IMHO.
