step one, this is what i am looking for, union cofilict to be resolved, and a signature of new 3-5 year contract 

once acheived, bbd.b will be on more solid ground

nd i think the news is out we did not hear about it but bbd is in the green while market is red !!!!! = something is going on

club, inm, news does not get to us and to market maker at the same time imo, market has a priority, at least 24 hours so 24 hrs before we learn something good or bad, market makers get the news and re arrange their approach and how to benefit the most imo, there is no way at any time investores are treated equal as market makers,, they will not admit it but that is my opinion

In some cases you would be correct but a Union agreement would be announced right away as employees are involved. What you may see is bump if rumours are  out they are close. I think you are reading too much into  the small rise this morning as some others like ERJ was up 7%. We had deadcat bounce with the market going green for a short time but now back to 300 points in the red. Who

There is no reason to worry about the workers getting a deal ... go by the RollsRoyce building on the 520 and you will see that the workers are being locked out with scab workers apparently taking up the slack ... employees always try to get more and owners try to pay less , nothing  new ... the markets are getting beat up and they will steal your shares  if you let them ..way too much
