The stock pprice is well undervalued-
another dividend increase is on the horizon-

'Another dividend increase is on the horizon' - What dividend are you talking about? You're surely not talking about the A or B share since there hasn't been any dividend for a while and thus a previous increase. If you're talking about prefs then mention it as 'time to buy more prefs shares'
