Again and again and again they negotiated a way before their rates, it's a fixed rate no impact for them. Next tranche  to reimburse their debt 2024.

No impact for them now, as you say! But what interest rate will they pay when the portion on their debt 2024 comes! I don't think that they will have the same rates as they did had, cause the interests rates has been up a few times this year, and there will be another one annonced by the Fed in November, and probably two more others in 2023! Ok, a portion of the debt has already been payed ...more

interest rate should be similar... their credit rating much better.
