Yes, I think there is a lot of money to be made (again!). On a purely technical basis, the stock should next see $71.ish.  But there are some elements out there that I think are now other additional motivators. 

First up, there's a $400MILLION payment by Alstrom, and there's some talk of this taking place this month.  I have a few friends who are wayyyy above my paygrade who both say they've heard some discussion to the the same, but nothing substantiated.  We'll see what comes, but often where there is smoke there is fire. 

Next, there is the quarterly, which should show some huge anticipation buying coming in.  Personally, I fully expect this report will be exceptional, and possibly beyond even elevated expectations.  I'm also looking forward to seeing revenue lines coming in from all the 1st class massive service centres that are now operational. This will also bode well for the future as these locations will continue to ramp up significantly more still.

And finally, there is the military front.  Personally, I'm a little surprised we haven't heard more here.  Anecdotally, the plane is definitely impressing those using it.  Further orders?  Absolutely, I expect this, and again I'm surprised it hasn't already happened.  Good things come to those who wait?  Absolutely.

There is a good chance the $400 million gets split and Bombardier gets half.  Still better then nothing.

Are we sure 100% that Alstom will pay all that amount, not really!

$400 million is the difference between what Bombardier and Alstom valued the rail division.  In my opinion a middle ground will be reached.  Both companies gain.  Bombardier will get some money and Alstom gets to keep some.  This dispute is not a lawsuit and as per the sale contract deal there is a arbitration mechanism to address this difference.  Not getting the $400

I guess that too, cause this costs money on lawyers on both sides, might as well get half than nothing at all, or take another two years to solve this!!
