The BBD options are too expensives. Anormally expensives.
The Fev 17 at  64$ is at 3,05$
The Mar 17 at 64$ is at 4,35$. 
3$ and 4$ premuim for 1 month or two for the PAR at 64$. 
Activity is low.
I don't know why the options market managers kill this market.
