Read between the lines. No cross-the-board tarrifs for Canada. They'll reopen the USMC agreement which, in any case, is up for renewal next year. Since there is no compelling argument to target Bombardier with tarrifs, it's 99% sure we get none. Hence plus 10% today on heavy volume. Canadian dollar also jumped, so it looks good for the country too.
