tariffs

I know there is a bit of worry about tariffs with the new US government, and the effect it will have on Bombardier. I don’t think it will be drastic. Presidient Trump likes Canada. His focus for tariffs is towards China and Mexico.

I think the US will attract a lot more investment. We are lucky to be next door to such a large economic power. For example, President Trump will approve the Keystone pipeline, which will be good for Alberta and Canada.

As for Canada itself, under the present government between 2016 to 2022 Canada has lost $225B in foreign investment. More direct investment has left the country. I remember Germany and then Japan looking to import natural gas from Canada and the PM said no, I don’t see the business case.

He continues to hurt as many people as possible. We need political change here ASAP.

Good luck to all

I just watched the youtube video, Letsmakemoredol. Very good.   Clearly, the real worry is not the tariffs, but the economically illiterate Liberal/NDP government.   Good luck to all   Snowey
