Companies with a large debt load during a period of rising interest rates are vulnerable regardless of tuck-in acquisitions IMO. May be a case of whistling past the graveyard....? Exactly. Just because a company acquires another company doesnt: 1. make it a good decision 2. lead to profitbability with the current financial climate, i have no idea why you would be crazy enough to take on more finacial obligations. Clearly they're passing it off as an income stream, but we have seen on paper how they are performing and its not pretty. lets see if this ...more
