Position Opened
I've started buying around $38. In the last couple of years, have doibled dpown and bought heavily into TRP and ENB when the price dipped to historically levels because of 'big issues' - now rotating out after gains of 40 to 60 percent (excluding dividends close to double digits on cost) after at one point being down 20-30 percent.
The point is that there is good potential for the same thing to happen with BCE. There will be pressure on management to deliver and prove the doubters wrong, including instituional pressure - this is good. Also getting paid double digits to wait. Yes, possibly 10-15% downside from here, but the risk/reward is compelling. In my view the stock is way oversold and the mid-40s is where it should return to relatively quickly. $60 would be my long-term target.

Maybe expand on Enbridge big issues.
